Cetu Javu – A Donde Vas
Monday, December 22nd, 2008Cetu Javu were a German synthpop band which released songs between 1987 and the mid-1990s. The band consisted of Chris Demere, Stefen Engelke, Torsten Engelke, and Javier Revilla. Whilst the band were mainly Germans their lead singer (Revilla) was a Spaniard, so several of their songs were sung in Spanish (the majority of their songs were in English).

Monday, December 15th, 2008Dyko is a German electronica/synthpop duo from Frankfurt. Dyko is composed of John Barrie Dyke, vocalist and e-drummer (as well as the band’s namesake) and Christofer Jost, keyboardist and guitarist. They are sometimes joined by ex-Kraftwerk member Wolfgang Flür as an additional e-drummer. Dyko often performs for high school and college German students around the world. Their lyrics tend to be relatively simple and easy for non-fluent German speakers to understand, making them popular for performances among this particular demographic.
